Since 2004, ASYTEC Group has operated its own production factory in China, where we manufacture both our proprietary brands and products for other companies. We specialize in the production of plastic and metal parts, providing high-quality manufacturing services for our brands and a range of established brands globally.

Plastic Injection Capabilities

ASYTEC group operates its own molding workshop for plastic injection in China, equipped with:

  • 18 injection presses ranging from 50 to 500 tons
  • Automated production with presses equipped with gripping robots
  • Continuous quality control
  • Internal storage of injection molds

Injected parts can be assembled in our assembly workshop or finalized through plastic part decoration operations.

Plastic Injection Services

ASYTEC group injects a wide range of plastic parts, from the smallest to the largest, including:

Appearance Plastic Parts:

  • Production runs of 200, 2,000, or 20,000 pieces
  • Molding of thermoplastics and elastomers such as ABS, PC, PMMA, ASA, TPE, SEBS, and more
  • Items include cases, enclosures, covers, plastic handles, etc.

Technical Plastic Parts:

  • From pre-series to mass production runs of 2,000 to 200,000 pieces
  • Injected materials include PA, PP, TPU, and both standard and reinforced POM
  • Items include supports, shells, plastic carts, etc.

Sheet Metal Capabilities

ASYTEC group operates its own industrial sheet metal workshop in China, featuring:

  • Mechanical stamping presses
  • Shears, manual and automatic folding machines
  • TIG, MIG, and spot welding workshop
  • Stamping tool management

Sheet metal parts produced through cutting and stamping can be assembled into mechanical sub-assemblies or complete products incorporating plastic parts.
